I LOVE FOOD! My weakness...cheese fries. Warm ooey gooey cheese fries. No I don't restrict myself of ANY FOOD. One thing My fitness journey has taught me is that if I feel deprived of the foods I love than I won't be successful at achieving my goals. All things in moderation, even cheese fries 🍟.
I have some type of green veggie with every meal, and today was steamed kale day. Fiber and folic acid are essential for me as a middle-aged women. But I did add my fries because it's been a hard week.

No one EVER said going back to school would be easy. I'm 46yrs old, a mom of 2, business owner, wife and also work full-time for a nonprofit organization. Than in November I said SURE I'll add one more thing to my plate! But here's the thing I've NEVER regretted going back for one minute. Learning, especially in a formal setting helps me develop a structure and plan. It helps me grow and keeps me fluid. Many will say you don't need a formal education for many things in today's world but for me having it gives not only a sense of accomplishment but also adds to my credibility.

I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my neck

I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder so I went to visit my massage therapist and apparently I sprained my bicep and had a lot of knots and muscle 'gunk' causing me a HORRIFIC AMOUNT of pain. She taped my back up and today I had to tape my bicep which helps the healing process. I think I'm in LOVE with this @rocktape product. It helps with keeping my muscles aligned and takes pressure off as well. But don't ask me how it does it's magic I just know that it helps. Have you used this yet? Let me know your thoughts on it.

We NEVER use our dining room. It's been a catch-al

We NEVER use our dining room. It's been a catch-all room for years. Since covid hit we've been doing some minor upgrades to the house and started thinking about how we can use this room. A few months ago we added a 4person table, at Christmas it was the room where we put the tree in, but when I needed to figure out where I was going to workout this room fit the bill. It's far enough away from the bedrooms, close enough to the kitchen and laundry room and also has a lite spot for my crafts. Bonus because it's in a central location of the house the kids are using it working out too.
We're working on storage ideas for the weights and other equipment but I am in love with MY space. We spent money to get 3 quality workout pieces like @weider utility bench @ancheer trampoline and a 24lb weight bar from a gym store in Bryn Mawr, but everything else is from 5 Below or Amazon.
