When I first started my business I was looking for a way to keep things organized, things like client schedules, a way to confirm my sessions and offer classes in the offseason. While there are many options available I found Acuity to be my favorite. It’s easy to use and easy for my clients to use. While I do wish they had a mobile app you can access their site from your mobile device quite easily.
I having the option of being able to list each of my classes and sessions as private so they are only available to a select few is a bonus. They also give me HTML and Direct Link options so I can send this links to my clients or embed them on my website.
Acuity has 4 different pricing options too. I started with the Forever Free because I wanted to see what they had to offer then I wanted the option to send my clients text message reminders so I upgraded.
Google calendar syncing, nightly email reminders with my upcoming schedule and customization to my brand are just the tip of the iceberg. I love that its easy to use, this is not one of those studio management systems or anything like that, and I know many will say that they can use Google Calender but this just kicks it up a few notches. I’ve tried a lot of the other systems out there and I’ve just felt for the way my creative brain worked this was Acuity best option.
