As sit in the middle of the 2nd quarter I see many business owners in the midst of, well business as usual and as is the case with many business owners we tend to not think about where we are in terms of our Marketing/Business Goals. You know those things we set back in December and January when business was slow and we vowed that we were going to do things differently. We said we were going to set financial goals, get better with out marketing and outsourcing those task that kept us from building our businesses. Take some time this week, sit down and look over your financials. Are you on track? Are you booking your desired number of clients? If not what commitments do you need to make to get there? More over what EXCUSES are you telling yourself from doing this?
Do you need to up your pricing? Do you need to increase your booking rate? Do you need to re-evaluate your marketing plan? As we sit 5 months into the year many of us are in the midst if our busy seasons but don’t become so busy that you don’t take some time to answer these questions? The end of the year will be here sooner than you think and you want to look back and be happy with the numbers, now is the time to plan for that.
