As we enter the 2nd Quarter of the year I wanted to start an online book club discussion. I do both audio and regular books for reading and find that my personal preference is geared towards audio books because to me it’s like a fireside chat with the author. I get to hear the exact emotional experience they intended as they read the book.
To start off the series I chose a book written by Shonda Rhimes the writer and creator of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away with Murder. This book was written because her sister said 6 words to her that changed her life…“You Never Say Yes To Anything”
How many times have you said you were going to do something and put someone else’s needs first, or backed out because it seemed too big, or too scary. This book is a game changer. You will fall in love with it, she is a natural story-teller and you will get lost in the pages of Shonda’s year of yes.
