I just finished a crazy semester at school. Between an internship at the Philadelphia Inquire, some work with Main Line Today on the Faces campaign and keeping up with my own business I had no idea which end was up many days. I really need to thank my mom and husband for all of the extra support they provided over the last 15 weeks to help me get through the hard days of edits and long hours of shooting. There were weeks that I didn’t see my kids for 4 days at a time. Nuts i know. But now that things are slowing down and the holidays are here I can share with you some of the images from the shooting I had done. This post contains a lighting diagram of glass i shot in the studio, I think the final product was just SEXY!
I used 2 profoto 300 lights. one reflected on the white wall one on the side of the glass to reflect the light and give it that ‘white line effect’ you see on the sides. I used the Canon 85mm lens on a tripod and played with the settings till i got an exposure that I was happy with. I did bracket to see which F-stop was the best one and I decisded that F/22 was the image for this final selection
