August, a lazy Sunday afternoon and a really awesome 4 year old boy and his loving parents. These parents are SOOO COOL, they even put on a BATMAN cape and mask for their kiddo! I wish more of sessions were this fun! This is just a snippet of the fun we had of course. I cannot reveal too much you. Mr. S attends preschool with my daughter one day when I went to pick up the MadCris Team I was waiting for my light to change and I glanced over and saw this bright eyed 4 year old sitting with his momma waiting for the bus eating a snack and he glanced up at her with these big ol’ eyes and such love and innocence that ONLY a 4 year old can have, I knew right then that this was a family that I needed in front of my camera. I sent word through every teacher in the school and Brittney called me a few days later to set up their Family portrait session. I was honored to be in the midst of this, I have a son and I know what this mother/son bond is, but to be an outsider and see it, to be part of it was just a joy and privilege. These images are just a glimpse into the world of a 4 year old and his happiness.
