For as long as I can remember I have wanted to Run the Philadelphia Half Marathon. For 3 years I would await for the April 1st date to roll around so I could sign up and pay the hefty fee. A process I did as sort of a motiving step towards getting fit and that final push towards actual RUNNING AND Training. Year after year this went one and year after year I never did anything. I chalked up the $75 as a donation to runners in the area.
