Friday I attended a networking event at which I was seated next to the President and founder of the group, Cheyenne Palma Dominguez. During our conversation I mentioned my desire on wanting to start a photography group the Philadelphia Area that was different…just different then the ones that I attended. Her advice was simple and to the point. She said to me, “Wanda, start a group that you want to attend.” I have no idea why I found THIS statement so profound but I did. I have spent so much of my career tending to the needs of my client, as a mom and wife it was only natural for me to put the needs of my family first. But this, THIS group is where I get to express the creative side of me and bring others together in a way that allows the to do the same thing. I want to it to be the Neimann Marcus of Photography groups.
