The wedding bells are ringing and that big day is nearing. What better way to feel great on your big day then to look great. Every blushing bride wants to look and feel glamorous on their big day. Well I’m here to come to your rescue. All brides want that beautiful look on their day that will convey beautifully in pictures. The center piece of any wedding is the bride. If you want to achieve flawless skin and a stunning look for that beautiful day, then continue reading to find out how.
Ladies, for that very big, special, occasion you’ll want picture-perfect skin. In order to achieve that, you’ll want to start a good skin care program months in advance. For those women who suffer from acne scares, blemishes, under eye circles, under eye bags, or any other common facial problems, achieving flawless skin will not happen over night. You must start exfoliating, cleansing and moisturizing your face months in advance before your big day. Determining a skin care line that will help in eliminating and smooth some facial flaws that you have wanted to decrease will help you on your wedding day. Our face endures a lot of damage whether it is noticeable or not. Nothing will cure our face of any flaws. That’s why makeup becomes a woman’s best friend quickly. But you don’t want to just cover-up those flaws. You want to try to fix them the best way you can and in doing so, you want to pick a skin care line that exfoliates your skin of dirt and oils, cleanse your skin to achieve soft, smooth skin, and moisturize your skin to keep it refreshed and hydrated. Applying a good skin care routine at least 3 months in advance, will help your skin feeling great for that big day.
Once you have established a great skin care routine, your focus is now on your makeup. Every bride wants a beautiful, glamorous look for the day. First, you want to prime your skin. Primer, whether for your face, eyes or lips, helps makeup go on easier and stay on longer. When applying primer, you must let it dry before applying any makeup on top. Once you have primed your face, you want to conceal. Concealer camouflages imperfections such as, uneven skin tone, blemishes and dark circles. Apply concealer once your primer has set for an even coverage that hides imperfections. The secret to a natural result is to apply a thin layer of concealer and blend well. Third, you want to apply your foundation. Foundation creates a smooth, even-toned canvas for applying color cosmetics. When applying foundation, you want to cover your entire face and neck with a foundation brush, sponge or finger tips. Finally, for a flawless finish, set your look with powder. Powder, whether loose or pressed, helps with oil control and keeps your face looking fresh and polished all day.
Your eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush and lip color depends on what your preferences are. For a dramatic smokey eye look, you want to go with dark colors around the crease of your eye, light, highlighting colors on the base of your eye lid, dark eyeliner and a great waterproof mascara. Your lips should be a light color, particularly a natural, because of the smoldering, dark eye colors. If you want to achieve a soft eye look, go for more earth tones or pastel colors. With this look, you are able to play with colors with your eyeliner and lipstick.
