Hey friend, as you know Valentines day is quickly approaching while I’m a HUGE advocate for documenting your relations and daily life, I think a little gift is also a nice addition.
February is such a wonderful time of the year, particularly as we get closer to Valentine’s Day – it’s the perfect excuse to do something extra special to show someone you care.
Whether you want to do something for a partner, friend or family member, here are a few tips to inspire you:
- Make it personal. While you can never go wrong with flowers and chocolates, a personal gift that shows you put some thought into it sends a whole different message.
- What inspires them? Love is inspiring so choosing a gift that you know will light someone up based on their passions and interests will be incredibly special.
- Do something together. Instead of buying someone a gift, doing something that will bring you closer together can be even more special. Your undivided time and attention is one of the greatest gifts you can give someone.
When it comes to showing someone how much you love them, sometimes it helps to go back to basics to make your gift thoughtful and filled with love.
As a Jane Affiliate I wanted to take some time to share some of the most amazing gift ideas I’ve seen around. Over the last year, my husband and I made the decision to be more intentional with our gift giving. We grew tired of the same old candy (I don’t eat sweets) and flowers. So we found ourselves spending money on things that neither one of us REALLY LOVED.
So I became an for affiliate for Jane it was because I LOVED their personalized gifts. I’ve always wanted a personalized door mat for our entry way and when I found it on Jane I had to have it. The price is great, the size fit and I loved the different design options.
As a photographer and studio owner I love to spoil my special clients with little gifts and I am a big advocate of staying hydrated especially since I started a new health and wellness program. These water bottles were a great find and cost effective considering I have to buy a lot of them.
Then finally I stock up on little gifts for my kids! My husband and I have always believed in giving them gifts they like, are useful and need. I love that these can also be personalized with their names! It makes it so much more special because it’s a gift just for them.
I love these gift ideas and I’m sure you will too. Feel free to check out Jane. for more great Valentine’s Gift Ideas. When your stuff arrives post a photo of it and tag me so I can see your haul.
